Terms & Conditions

1. Services 

Pretty Potties provide luxury portable restroom rentals for events, including delivery, setup, servicing and removal

2. Quotes & Bookings 

  • All Quotes are valid for limited time and subject to availability

  • A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been received 

  • The client is responsible for ensuring accurate event details(Date, time, location, access requirements) 

3. Payment Terms​

  • A security & damage deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees

4. Cancellations & Refunds​

  • Cancellations made 90 days before event may receive the deposit refund

  • Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable 

5. Insurance​

  • The client must have adequate insurance to cover any potential liability associated with using the trailer during the rental period

 6. Delivery & Setup 

  • The client must ensure clear and safe access to the setup location

  • Additional charges may apply if access is difficult, delayed or requires special arrangements

  • The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits

 7. Use of Equipment 

Units must be used for their intended purpose only

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Disposal of non-approved items(e.g. trash, chemicals, feminine products)

  • Smoking inside units

  • Vandalism or misuse 

8. Damage & Cleaning​

  • The client is responsible for any damage beyond normal use 

  • Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, misuse or prohibited items 

  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client if damage occurs 

9. Servicing ​

  • For multi day events, servicing schedules will be agreed upon in advance

  • Additional servicing outside the agreed schedule may incur extra fees

10. Liability ​

Pretty Potties is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment 

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic or events beyond our control

  • The client agrees to use the equipment at their own risk

11. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances ​

  • We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control 

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust services where possible

12. Access & Safety ​

  • Units must be placed on stable, level ground

  • The client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment around the units during the rental period 

13. Acceptance of Terms ​

By booking our services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions
